Supervision can be an enriching experience for both Supervisor and Supervisee. A space to reflect theoretically, technically, develop skills and new competences. Supervision is a central and fundamental part of the work we do as psychotherapists. To engage in the exploration of the psychodynamic processes that are co-created uniquely with each client, in every therapy session. To gently “challenge” a supervisee’s thinking and expertise and to listen with interest and healthy curiosity to their "making sense of their stuckness", their curiosities, questions and doubts. A place to celebrate their therapeutic successes.
My investment with each supervisee is to enhance their specific potential and style of work; to offer opportunities in which the Supervisee can widen and deepen their theoretical perspective and understanding, according to their needs and level of experience. A place to discuss cultural difference, diversity and ethics.
I have walked together with many supervisees in their professional journey and development as practitioners. At the moment I am working with people who come from UK, Italy, France, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and Serbia. I provide both individual and group supervision, offering a healthy challenge to help you discuss client work, enhance your skills, have theoretical discussions, develop expertise and grow your practice.
As a Certified Integrative Psychotherapist, the supervision I offer is recognised by IIPA as I.P. supervision.
As a Provisional Trainer and Supervisor in TA my supervision is recognised by EATA, UKATA and ITAA as T.A. supervision.
I strongly believe that Supervision is a vital part of our ongoing development and ethical commitment as psychotherapists and an ethical commitment to all our clients.
